Since we are moving to a new apartment that we purchased, we’re planning to sell our old house. The house is in Ashtalakshmi gardens, Besant Nagar very close to the Ashtalakshmi Temple. It’s 1100 sqft of plinth area built on 1340 sqft of land. It’s the last house of a row-type housing board block, so it has a shared wall on only one side. There are 3 bedrooms and the house is on 2 levels (G+1). There’s a slum on the opposite side of the street. The asking price is 15L, negotiable after seeing the place.
